What are your bodybuilding goals and what will be trained for? Strength/power goals: What will you be training for and how much will the training affect the results? It should be clear how much this will affect your body and your strength, size and muscle strength. What is the time of day/season that you will be training and the intensity? Who will train with you: Are you going to train with someone that you already know well? Or if you have a different training partner, when you will train together in the gym? Remember that your body must be in sync with the training, otherwise you will get injured. For instance during a split, if you are training with five or six other lifters, you will probably be doing the same amount of lifts. What intensity level will be used in the training sessions: Is your training intensity going to be at a high or at a medium intensity.
